Every keg order ships straight from the factory, FOB China. Plan for:

• 24 business hours to receive firm pricing and a confirmed lead time
• 6 to 8 weeks of production, including the artwork proof and quality control
• Then ocean freight from the port of Qingdao to a Canadian port, and delivery to your dock

This model gives you the best price and access to every customization option. We no longer hold inventory in Canada.

Keg fleet sizing usually follows the 4 to 1 rule, a proven industry benchmark. It means planning about four kegs for every keg in use:

• 1 keg in service (at the customer)
• 1 keg on its way back to the brewery
• 1 keg being cleaned and inspected
• 1 keg filled and ready to ship

That rotation keeps your inventory moving and makes sure you never run short of kegs during your busy season.

Every NDL Keg is built in AISI 304 stainless steel and carries a 10 year manufacturer warranty covering durability and reliability. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, weld issues and corrosion resistance under normal use. Our kegs are designed to last decades with proper maintenance.

Because every order ships straight from the factory, all customization options are on the table:

• Brewery name embossed on the top chime
• Colour bands for identification (more than 15 colours available)
• Laser engraving for the brewery name and unique serial numbers
• Colour logo printing, up to two colours
• QR codes for traceability

A proof is sent to you for approval before the run starts. Custom embossing requires a minimum order of one full pallet of the same format.

Every order ships from our factory in China. Three modes are available:

• Ocean freight from the port of Qingdao to a Canadian port, the standard and most economical mode
• Air freight for urgent orders, faster and more expensive, reviewed case by case
• Partial shipments on large orders, so you can start using part of your fleet while the rest is still in production

We compare several carriers on every shipment, and you can always use your own.

On our side, we compare several logistics partners to find you the most economical routing. If you prefer your own carrier, we coordinate pickup and delivery with them directly.
