NDL Tek New Energy is based in Qingdao and Dezhou, with two production sites of 50,000 m² and 36,000 m². More than ten years of experience in smart equipment manufacturing and customer service, integrating advanced technology from domestic and international sources.

A custom stainless tank, without the brewhouse
Tanks are not only brewhouse components. The workshop builds and sells them individually: stainless fermentation tanks, wine tanks, high-pressure Charmat tanks, process vessels for chemicals. Same steel, same welders, same inspection.

What gets measured before a tank leaves the plant
The question everyone asks about imported stainless is how you know what you are buying. The answer comes down to three instruments and a traceability chain. Here is what gets checked, with what, and what you can ask to see.
Three measurements, three instruments
Alloy composition
Every sheet lot goes through the spectrometer. The reading confirms the actual grade of the metal, not the one printed on the supplier certificate.
Surface finish
Ra roughness is measured on every product-contact surface. A finish that is too rough holds residue and defeats a clean-in-place cycle.
Sheet thickness
Thickness is recorded on the shell and on the heads. This is the measurement that separates a tank built to drawing from one thinned down along the way.
